I've been playing gta 4 on my pc for 4 weeks and apart from little crashes that solve themselves and untriggered events, my gta has been crashing whenever i go near jimmy pegorino's house or try to activate the mission flatline. I really want to finish the game and I have looked up solutions, but nothing has come up. i could not find a fix in the forums and I would like to get this solved as fast as i can. I dont know my pc specs but assuming that i have gotten this far in the game means that my comp isn't crap. Please help me.

BTW i have a simple native trainer installed and lots of new car skins and i clothing mod.

The fact that you have mods might be the reason why the game crashes. Until further investigations, I strongly recommend you to uninstall those mods and see if the game works without them. You may never trust mods that they will not mess the game. You can reinstall those mods if you want after you pass the Flatline mission.
