[B]HI I HAVE PROBLEM WITH ENB SERIES I INSTALLES PHOTOREALSTICK 7 BUT BEFORE THIS I DONT HAVE ANY LAG-FPS WHEN I INSTALLING THIS MOD AND THIS MOD STARTING TO VERY VERY BIG BE LAG.

Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E500 @ 2.60 GHz , 2.60 GHz, 3GB OF RAM - KINGSTON 800MHz
and
512 MB GRAPHIC CARD - NVIDIA GEFORCE 9500GT

From your computer specs your computer doesn't seem strong enough, the processor and the video card is outdated and 3GB of RAM may not be enough to handle an ENB like PhotoRealistic. Try using an ENB made for low to mid-range computers, you can find a lot of those on GTA4-Mods.com

Wait, what patch are you using? Because it will work best on patch 1.0.4.0.
