Sure I have played IV, but not that much because it's still a bit laggy.
Your PC might be a little bit outdated bro on playing this game. At one time prior to 2009, my PC didn't able to run GTA IV (I played GTA IV on PS3) due to tech being 2007 model and had to upgrade with much powerful RAM and GPU. Now my PC is based on 2012 i7 home-built model and it just blew me away including today's games as well.
Back on-topic: Some GTAs I have to play.
GTA Chinatown Wars (PSP and iOS version)
GTA I and II
GTA Advance
GTA Vice City on iOS
Why did I forgot that I do have GTA III on iOS?

GTA I, London 1961, 1969, Advance. I have no desire to play them, GTA II makes me dizzy because of that zooming effect and it doesnt interest me much either. So I don't plan to play them.

I haven't bought or downloaded the following GTA games yet; GTA London 1969 and its expansion pack London 1961, GTA Advance, Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories and GTA Chinatown Wars. However, I have borrowed the stories games from some friends, each for PlayStation 2 so in the end, I haven't played four games at all in total.
