Cleo Error Help please?

Dat sh*t Crayy Group: Members Joined: Aug 28, 2012	I get this error when trying to play gta sa with cleo installed? And Here is my gta sa directory, Any problems you can spot?

Crazy Freak Group: Members Joined: Oct 17, 2010	delete the compact.exe and start the game through the normal gta_sa.exe
