Hello can somebody tell me what is the fastest way to get a high Criminal Rating??

Also, if I change my computer's date to +24 hours when I'm flying with the Skimmer, will the Flight Hours go up by 24 hours?

Haven't tried, but I'm sure that that will not work.

Flying around with the Hunter and blowing things up boosted my ratings a lot. You could also try vigilante missions with the Hunter, so that you can earn cash as a bonus.

Maxing your money will gain you 200,000 CR points.... see the guide for several methods of raising your money/CR.

If you have NOT done cone crazy, you can utilize that to make alot of money very fast-- you have to beat your record by the minimum each time you do it, the prize money double every time-- if you can do it 23 times (beating your record each time)-- you can max your money-- will take about 30 minutes or so.

Vigilante takes 391 consecutive levels if you start with under $8 million... the amount of time this takes depends on how you do vigilante-- hunter is best but takes some skill and you need a good airport spawn point-- with that, you can do it about an hour or so.

About the only other way to do it fast without cheats-- park 3 or 4 helis in the big hyman condo garage-- with rocket launcher, blow them up, move away so the garage door closes, move close enough so it opens again, and the helis will be healed--- repeat... you get 30 points per heli destroyed-- for Godfather you are looking at 30,000 helis destroyed....

There is also a method where you constantly shoot a blown up vehicle with a minigun/Sea sparrow/Hunter, which will dramatically increase your accuracy percentage. Seeing as you receive 5 CR points for every percent of accuracy, this is a surefire way to achieve the Godfather ranking. I've seen some people's accuracy at 1,000,000% using this method, and I know that Spuds has reached around 400,000% using this method. What you can do is acquire the Sea Sparrow/Hunter/lots of ammo with the minigun. Go to a remote area like Diaz's mansion, destroy a vehicle, like his Limosine or the Infernus and then constantly shoot at it with your preferred gun/helicopter. It will slowly increase your accuracy, and thus give you CR points quicker than just randomly killing pedestrians. I can remember Spuds saying that he taped his "fire" button down to prevent the boredom factor, and left his game on overnight. Perhaps you could do this too. Pretty simplistic, easy, and although tedious, will get you closer to that illustrious Godfather ranking a hell of a lot quicker.

Since there is no shots fired at the beginning of the game in your stats, it's best to do this method in the beginning of the game and collecting at least 80 packages first but it will make the save completely useless without using weapons that has bullets. The Godfather rating can be done fast with this method and at least $10000000 should be obtained too.

In a save file where it's about for example 700000 shots fired and 500000 bullets hit, it will take a long time if this accuracy method is used.

correct-- my game had about 400 shots fired-- it took me about 40 hours of it continuously going to get the accuracy up to 400,000%-- of course godfather would only need 200,000% but that is about 20 hours on 400 shots fired-- you could probably figure out how long it would take based on this for your shots fired.

The accuracy does not contribute to your criminal rating until you have 100 shots fired-- so figure at least 5 hours if you have exactly 100 shots fired and as MC pointed out, you need $10 million for godfather as well.

When I first heard of this technique, I was already well into my game and had almost completed it. It was when I first played VC, and you know what it's like, you just want to have fun more than playing the missions. I had about 50,000+ shots fired, and my accuracy was a measly 31%. I then used this technique for a air while (can't remember exactly how long) before stopping after my accuracy only climbed to 40%. So it's definitely a good idea to get this done at the beginning of the game.

How about the RC mission at the Escobar International Airport? You can start the RC Raider Pickup mission and self destruct the RC Raider and exit the vehicle and go back in and start the mission over and over again. The RC Raider counts as an aircraft destroyed.

How long do you think it will take to get to Godfather by going through with this method?

Well, I've just given this method a try, and I managed to destroy five choppers in one minute. So on average that would equal out at approximately 9,000 CR points per hour. Which would mean that it would take around 111 hours or so to get 1,000,000 CR points. I don't think you'd be able to consistently destroy six Raider's a minute, but it may be possible. And then there's the money issue, which can be completed quickly.

This is also a tedious method, but will work, although not as quick as the Heli's in the garage technique.
