The title says it all, what was the most memorable thing you've done in the game? For me it was when I first got the game for my PS3 in 2009, within a few hours of playing (most of this was just me driving and testing the new physics system) I found out about the hospital and how it was open so I started a rampage and tried escaping on my trusty motorbike (I think it was a Sanchez) only to find the police cars were a lot more advanced this time round and I ended up being chased for a good half an hour by the cops until I said f*ck it and gave up… This is my most memorable moment because in previous GTA's I always found the cops to be stupid and easy to get away from… I was so glad that they finally made them sort of smart… now they seem just as stupid as in San Andreas! But this still doesn't stop me loving the game anyway

When I found out Michelle AKA Karen was working for the government.

I was like "I had sex with you every time we dated and you were working for the government?!" Oh well, I like Kiki better.

My most memorable moment in GTA IV was when I met Patrick Mcreary for the first time at Elizabetta's apartment. He just seemed really cool and laid back. Hes the only guy character in the game I have a HUGE crush on. lol

Most Memorable Moment from Single Player:

Driving that car out from the docks at the beginning.

I was still trying to drive like it was San Andreas and I just about crushed that car into every wall on the way there. May well have destroyed it the first time around.

Most Memorable Moment from Multiplayer:

On a server with four other guys in Free Roam. All of them knew each other and killed me several times over. Eventually I got a bike and got away from them (all in one car) long enough to get some Body Armor and plentiful ammo.

They were chasing me somewhere on the first island. I got off a highway exit and saw a building with a light pole next to it.

I pulled in quick behind the building. I had enough of a lead that I hopped off the bike and took cover against the wall before they showed up. I had expected them to blow past, so I could hop back on my bike and get back on the highway.

Instead they got stuck between the wall and the light pole. From cover I popped out and shot the driver. The three others continued to shoot at my cover. I then shot the guy in the Driver's Side Backseat. The other two kept shooting at my cover. I popped back out and took out the Passenger. The guy in the Passenger Side Backseat tried to get out, but his door was flush against the wall and there was a corpse next to him. He too died.

The cacophony of curses that emanated from my headphones was glorious. Glorious I say.

online in 2008. free roam, a friend of mine was flying the chopper making our way from the helipad with the maverick in north alderney to the statue of happiness, to see the heart for the first time.
on the way we crashed into that building by the river, the one down the road from the alderney safehosue in single player, tall building with loads of square-sih frames at the top, he accidently crashed the helicoper perfectly in one of the frames
and it gets stuck, just wedged there facing down. I get out
he yells "noooooo"
i am jsut standing there on the door with my rocket launcher...

Can't remember the name of the place, but it's the main city centre that looks a bit like New York City with all the flashing signs. Driving through there at night with Devil In Me playing was just magical. Made me want a Cluckin' Bell!

Those freaking planes that circle round the map are deadly! A WTF moment was once I was hovering really high in a Buzzard. I decided to nose dive back to the ground and fire missiles as I did it.

Catching some emmence speed as I fell, the missiles started falling behind me. I was getting closer to the ground and from no where, this giant jumbo jet flies just beneath me, I smash in to the wing and then a second later, the missiles caught up and exploded all around me on the wing.

The plane carried on like nothing happened and some how my Buzzard survived, and I flew for a health pack. Needless to say, I sh*t myself.

Not most memorable, but probably the most epic:

I was playing that game mode where the cops have to kill the mafia boss (forgot what it's called) and I was the boss. I was being escorted by 3 other guys and we were half way down Alderney when suddenly a cop car came driving off the freeway and we crashed into them. Stupidly, I got out of the car and went sprinting off and found an NRG 900 bike. Another cop car came for my buddies and killed the mobsters while only a few of the cops died. I drove the NRG 900 off while the cops tried shooting me. I found a stunt jump ramp so I drove up it and ended up on a rooftop due to the speed I was going at. I drove the bike across the building onto another rooftop and I just camped at the top while the cops tried finding an angle to shoot me. Then two of my teammates came driving down and ran over a few cops and shot the rest with the MP-10. When the cops were dead I drove off the rooftop and landed on a bridge and at this point I was pretty close to the escape helicopter. It might not seem so epic when reading it but the experience when driving a motorbike across rooftops while people chase you is awesome!
