Multiplayer causes my internet to disconnect

I use PS3, PS2, PS Vita, 3DS, and PC. Group: Members Joined: May 12, 2012	Every time I play GTA IV online, my internet disconnects right before I select to play most of the time. Sometimes, I even get as far as to connect to a server, but then my internet disconnects and everybody does the exact same movements over and over again.

What is your packet loss rate? What is your Upload rate and Download rate?
