GTA IV crash after Grand Theft Auto IV screen

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 20, 2012	I recently downloaded GTA IV and installed it on my computer and transferred it to my laptop(because I'm just a standard user and couldn't install any programs or games).I patched it with the 1.0.4.0 patch and cracked it with Razor1911's crack GTA IV.When I start the game,the copyright screen,the two rockstar logos,and the Grand Theft Auto IV screen shows up and then...CRASH!GTAIV.exe has stopped working.What do I need to do to fix this?I want to play this game so bad! I downloaded the game from Isohunt My OS: Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium My Computer Specs: Processor:Intel® Core™ i5 CPU M 460 @ 2.53GHz 2.53GHz RAM:6.00 GB (5.68 GB usable) 64-Bit Operating System Sorry if my grammar is incorrect because I'm Filipino and I'm new to this forum.
