Can anyone help me download Simple Native Trainer? Ive tried downloaded it, and Asi Loaders but nothing seems to work...

or (all I really need) is there a way to clean cars (modded police cars for lcpdfr), change weather and change night/day time with cheats or something?

Make sure that you read all the readme files that are included. Make sure that your system does fit to ALL the requirements of the asi loader.
I had also permanent problems, no asi loader was working until I figured out that I installed the wrong MS redistributables. This is important! The installation of the mod itself is easy, it's just drag and drop.
Because this coding segment is a bit complicated you will have to read all the readmes from the start 'til the end. Maybe there's something you've missed. It could be also possible that you have a bad
combination of the asi loader and the scripthook. Make sure that they are compatible if they are installed. For more help I would suggest you to post directly in the Trainer topic cause that's why they are.
