I know you can't get the helicopter. But what would happen if you get it? Can you fly using it? Thanks .

It would have been much too difficult, which is also the reason there are no motorcycles. Even the Dodo uses similar physics to normal cars, it is just 'lighter' and has the ability to glide.

Rockstar had several issue with the engine that generated motorcycles and helicopters, making impossible the bikes and helicopters be featured in the game. So Rockstar was forced to cut bikes from the final release and remove the ability of flying helicopters.
