GTA IV - How to Increase Sky Lighting?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 20, 2012	Please anyone tell me how to increase Sky Lighting in GTA IV.. I know that Enb series mod increases sky lighting. But I have a low-end pc which cannot handle the improved high graphics of enb series. So, please tell me a way to increase sky lighting only. ONLY SKY LIGHTING.

Edit Timecyc.dat
You can try to increase multiplier [SKY] or Brightness Sky (TAB 56) to ex. 1.5 (Default 1.0)
