I've finished the Paramedic Mission already.
Then i checked my savegames to gtasnp to check what mission to be done,
and i got the "paramedic mission" unchecked?
how am i suppose to finish the paramedic mission then?

Download SAMA for san andreas.gtasnp.com isn't a checklist.It's a site where you can download or upload you savegames.
Also,if you say you did finish the paramedic,did you get max life bar?And money?

Yes i do get max life and money,
also ingame stats say that i've finish 12 levels of the paramedic missions,

If ingame stats shows that you have comlpleted paramedic mission level 12 then there might be some bug or something in the gtasnp.com as it isn't a checklist.

How about you use the LINK you posted to up load your game save so we can take a look at it?

SAMA is helpful when researching missed or to do missions.

How does your percentage of completion compare to the mission save prior?

If the game say you have done all 12 levels then you have done it. But do you remember the progress you had before doing the medical mission??

Please, don't double post. Use the Edit button to add/change/delete information in a post that is unanswered.

Another clue as to whether or not the Mission is done would be the length of the Health Bar.
When the mission is complet it will be double in lenght. Does it extend from the right to completly under the Weapons box?

According to the stats page and (SAMA) you haven't even tried to do the ParaMedic Missions, the stats are blank. Money earned for the attempts even if the mission failed would have been credited.
