So I'm pretty new to this whole modding thing for GTA4. But so far, it's been going well.

I'm using L3EVO 2012 ENB, Realistic Driving/Flying 2.7, Extended Vehicle Pack, and 1.0.4.0 patch.

Everything has been going well, until I realized I wanted to replace some of the cars in the car pack. I replaced a bunch of vehicles, but the name from the car pack stayed the same. I'm guessing I have to edit the texts in my directory, but I have no idea how.

Can anyone help me out here? It's really weird to see "Farrari Enzo" on an Lambo Aventador...

You need a GXT editor. Text strings are stored in GXT files in common/text/, there's one file per language.

for cars only vehicle mod installer allows to do easily what you want too
