When i drive in gta iv EFLC the game lags and the FPS drops very low,but when i walk around the runs perfect.
i tried changing the settings to the minimum but no difference



here are my specs

processor: Intel Core i5-2450M
RAM:4GB
Video: AMD Radeon HD 7670M with 1 Gb dedicated

Have you updated your game with the latest patch?
Do you have any mods installed?
Are you using any commandlines?
Are your video drivers up-to-date?

You should Google the GTA IV commandline switch and see if it helps.
Besides that, indeed turn down the sliders.
As last, you could try reinstalling the game and using patch 1.0.4.0.

Actually, that won't work in this case, as the OP has said he is having problems with EFLC and not IV...But, the latest Patch for EFLC should help though...Just a heads up.

Also, Turn the settings to LOW and the sliders to no more than 25 and use 1024X600 Resolution-this will help with performance a lot...
