So the title says it all, im about to buy it, but since i have it for ps3 already i would only use it for mods, but im worried about the multiplayer, is it alive?

AND: are there trainer servers right? im bored to play without cheats haha

Yes, there is separated multiplayer for modders only, its not too busy but you can find some players there, I dont recommend to play there as other players mods can often crash your game with fatal error also you wont find there anything interesting except some kids "just blowing stuff up" with their trainers

how do i enter this multiplayer? or just installing the trainer is enough?

When your game detects any mods you are automaticly able to search and acces only modded servers
