Hi guys, new to the whole modding scene =)

My problem is.... I get this horrible flashing/flickering shadows (of buildings/trees during the day) that i cannot seem to get rid off . My only option is to turn off shadow details - but then i lose a lot of detail

Here is my setup:
GTA IV 1.0.4.0
KBL's L3EVO87 ENBsettings
Lord neophyte HD textures

Commandline:
-norestrictions
-nomemrestrict
-percentvidmem 100

Processor Intel® Core™ i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
Graphics AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series (7950)

Screen resolution - 2560x1600 @60hz (dell 27")

...Ive tried changing shadow density to 0 , but this did not help me as it had others

This's because your commandline is sh@t, how can you use percenvidmem 100, your video is good to handle this game, i always wondering how too many people decided to use some commandlines just like that!

Thanks, what commands do you suggest?.... My PC is way more than capable of handling GTA, but i only get 25-40fps on high settings =/ + texture popups......even with the memrestrict value commandlien for my 3gb graphics card
