Graphics NOTHING WORKS

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jun 5, 2012	I just bought gta complete edition from steam yesterday and i spent HOURS trying to get it to work with highest graphics. i have used most of the commands and when i use -norestrictions and changed the settings, the game get stuck after i press start. it keeps showing pictures and not start even after 20mins! Here are my specs: System---- Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (8CPUs), ~2.2Hz MemoryL 8192MB RAM System model: M14xR1 Device----- Name: Intel® HDGRAPHICS 3000 Here is what happens in EFLC Options(I cant change any of this, even if i do[using -norestrictions] the game wont start) PIC: http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg827/scale...png&res=landing
