It is a concept car made by Morgan, a British motor company. It is called LIFEcar.

Well, I expect that between now and 2013 we will get a lot more futuristic car concepts. Too bad thats not a hovercar though. (Would you call that an A-type or a B-type?)

I like how it doesn't seem to have any rear view capabilities what so ever.

The cars in GTA2 were not hover cars. They made tire scratches on the ground when you slam the brakes. And in some 3d concept art, they had tires.

Awesome work Markiij. It does not look quite like how I imagined the Z-Type to look, but it would still scare the crap out of me if I saw it in my rear view mirror!
