Second though, which isn't actually on the poll, is Firefly Projects with African-American gangsters. That also has a cool feel to it and an awesome atmosphere.

So true, hove beach had a great atmosphere, you can tell rockstar put more effort into hove beach.

I was thinking the exact same thing ! How can you have a poll like this and not include the Firefly Projects !!?? It is definitely my favorite ethnic area in Liberty City. The area is buzzing with all kinds of street life activity and teeming with African-American gang members. The huge, towering housing project blocks give it that dangerous, ghetto feel and atmosphere.

The Irish and definitely the other European ethnic-based neighborhoods. The McReary's, the Faustin's and the Petrovic's really crack me up during missions, as well as having interesting backgrounds and stories.

Sorry I didn't put Firefly Projects! Instead I put Holland for African American gangsters and residents.
