Hi to all experts...
I'm a teenage boy from India. I'm 17. It's my first post and I'm a big fan of all GTA games.
Specifications of my PC:
1. Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
2. My Processor: AMD FX 4100 Quad-Core Processor
3. RAM: 4 GB (3.75 GB Usable).
4. My Graphic Card and its size: 2 GB ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics Card
I've recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate from Windows XP SP2. It was working with no problem on Windows XP. When I installed WIndows 7 Ultimate, It was already on other drive and I was able to run it but faced too much problems. I uninstalled it because mouse was not working properly and many more others were there...
I've a setup of Vice City given by my friend. I don't think it's from original CD-ROM. Whenever I attempt to install it, it runs perfectly for a while then a command prompt appears and shows the files being extracted.
But when command prompt appears and shows the extracting files second time, a window appears showing "This item is incompatible with 64-bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate." or similar.
It shows this message for every item. Then what? I can't start game. It doesn't open at all! No black screen, no even a flash on screen! I've tried two times to install it.
I think it happens because those files are 16-bit.
Is there any technique for installing Vice City on a 64-bit Operating System?
