[Kremit]

I've gathered that color, wheels, car stereo and hydraulics are standard options for any vehicle that can be modified. As for the Buffalo, yes, that is a typo... but not on my behalf. In the carmods.dat file, the buffalo has two nto_b_s' (2x) instead of one nto_b_s (2x) and one nto_b_l (5x).

TransFender Garage:
TransFender is marked and noted on your map with a little red wrench icon. There are three TransFender's in San Andreas, one in each major city. You must get to the missions of that city before unlocking that garage. Therefore, here are the requirements to unlock the three TransFender Garages.

Los Santos: Finish Sweet's mission titled: "Cesar Vialpando".
San Fierro: Finish Truth's mission titled: "Are you heading to San Fierro?".
Las Venturas: Purchase airfield for Torreno and complete flight school. Upon receiving the phone call from Woozie in regards to the Four Dragons Casino, you should be able to access the TransFender Garage just east of the Excalibur.

Loco Low Co:
Loco Low Co is found near the Southeast corner of Los Santos and is actually ran out of a home based garage. This garage is unlocked after completing Sweet's mission: "Cesar Vialpando".

This garage features paintjobs for custom lowriders, hoof's for those convertible lowriders and a few more goodies mainly including Chromer and Slammin' custom parts. (Unfortunately, you are only able to add nitros to the Tahoma and the Voodoo)

Wheels Arch Angels:
Wheels Arch Angels is another custom shop similar to Loco Low Co. However, where as Loco Low Co specializes on lowriders out of a home garage, this is a car modification garage near the southwest corner of San Fierro. To unlock Wheels Arch Angels, you must obtain a bronze medal or better on Driving School test: "City Slicking" and also finish mission: "Yay-Ka-Boom-Boom" in order to be able to purchase Wang's Cars. After purchasing Wang's Cars, finish the first mission and you will unlock Wheels Arch Angels.

This garage features paintjobs for Street Racer vehicles as well as high end performance parts such as: "Alien" and "X-Flow" performance exhausts and body kits.

Now that this guide has been updated, hopefully there will be lot less questions regarding which cars can go where and what must be done to unlock which garage... etc... Enjoy, I worked on this so everyone could enjoy it... if you don't enjoy it, spare me the negative feedback or just PM it instead.

Thanks for the props... I took the Voodoo into Loco Low Co tonight and just as I suspected, it can only do NOS and the other usual stuff. I still haven't figured out why the Tahoma and Voodoo are in the TransFender group, but can't go into TF... only LLC. Either way, all you can do with those two is NOS.

Yes, that is exactly what I am saying.

Every car can change color, car stereo/bass boost, hydraulics and wheels. However, the Voodoo and Tahoma are flagged for Nitro upgrades only... no slammin parts. Disbelieve, try grabbing a voodoo and trying again now that you're more cautious and aware of this.
