Ok, I've spent hours trying to upload this thing, it is 23.1 MB it is a video [in a .zip format] and I need to know where I can upload it for free. I can't give links through google videos [yet] and am out of sites. I need to upload the whole 23.1 mb in one upload. I checked the other topics, nothing works. Thanks!
Or something to shrink the file to under 10mb/

You could use WinRar (google for it) to compress the file, but it won't take a huge amount off.

I did use that topic. WinRar is basically winzip, and I already zipped it. Better question; Is there any free, video editors that you can save as .wmv ( .wmv's are 90% smaller than .mpg's and .mpg's are the smallest size I can use with my Ulead VS 5) BTW I have Win 98 so no movie maker.
D-loaded winrar, going to go attempt to use it now.

I have a shell provider: www.metawire.org

It has 25 Megs of space for a website, but you need 24 hours for an account to be setup. Not only that, but it must be approved. Anyway, it's not 'quick' but if you need 25mb, that should do.
