Exactly as the title says. I was really looking forward to this. Playing GTA, on a open port and on a modern computer really had me excited. Now all I see are unfinished builds from 2007 with the last update on the project being 2008. I guess this project is finally dead then? And if so, have others taken the torch to release such a project?
