it is inside the police car already added and you cannot edit it if you don't have the apropiate program to do it (don't ask me, don't even know what program).3dmax GIMS only supports odr odd obn.... not wft (police car's extension).
if you wanted to say the little radio they have, it is in the weapons.img it is called: amb_walkietalkie.wdr
