At the very start of that cut scene, the track that plays over in the back.
It appears throughout the game, here are three examples:
-In The Introduction: When Smoke is convincing Ryder to join him in the betrayal of GS.
-The Casino Strand: In the back when Wuzi is talking, which is strange because it usually only appears during LS missions.
-The End of the Game After 'The End of The Line' when the gang are in The Johnson House talking, this appears for the last time.
So surely it's in the game files or something for the PC port? I always wanted the full C.R.A.S.H theme aswell but I don't think that's available, anyway anyone know if you can get this backing music without dialogue?

You picked on lousy scene for a "background" music sample This is an Olde Game, many questions can be answered with the FORUM TOOL: SEARCH. Always SEARCH before making a ‘new’ topic.

Please note that the Grove Street theme and C.R.A.S.H. theme are remixed, because they're very short songs.
