I tried to install gta IV radar icons for sa,i replaced my hud.tx with the downloaded one but when i play the game . .it's same !!
I tried with a lot more mods but it never changes what's the prob !!!

I have GTA IV vehicles,radar,hud,niko skin/model,some sounds,CLEO features etc. already modded,but i can't mod the icons !! Even if i replace my file it's the same !!! WTF !! PLZZZZZZZZZZ HELPPPPPPPPPPP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it possible you have another mod replacing the hud , such as a Cleo mod. Maybe that's overriding the new file.

I think you got GTA IV hud huh?
I got that problem too
i now to fix it
goto sa directory(Normal C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA san Andreas
go to the folder GTA_IV_HUD
replace THERE the modifed hud
Is this were you searched for??

I can't find weapons.txd,about.txd ans some other sh*t.Where can i find it ??

when you install gta 4 hud there will make a folder GTA_IV_HUD in your san andreas directory
there you will find these files

about.txd
armour.txd
health.txd
hud.txd
misc.txd
wanted.txd
weapon.txd
Main
Radar
