Where do i get the mafia Sentinel? The one that you would find on the last mission is you choose revenge? It has shutter,Custom hood unlike the ones you find in little itally,spoiler.

There's no specific point to find it. You generally find the normal Sentinel on dense (Downtown) or rich areas. Grab one for you and take advantage of the "replica glitch" (when a lot of traffic cars are the same model as the one you drive). You may find a tuned one in the traffic.
Warning that this parts aren't very frequently, so try to drive around areas where traffic jams are common, to increase your changes. Hope this helps.

Check around Westdyke and Leftwood, I've seen the mob version spawn in traffic in those areas more than anywhere else.

Poked around online a bit and I discovered the Sentinel can be located behind the laundromat in Hove Beach, Broker after the Vlad mission, Hung Out To Dry is complete.

yeah it usually spawns near Westdyke and the old casino. Just drive a regular sentinel around over there and it will spawn
