Exactly. And then we'll just have to wait for another update, which could be any month of this year. I think it's a normal assumption to expect at least one more update this year though.

if they attending to release the game in December 2012 it makes sense they wouldn't release any info this month , August maybe because it will be 4 months before the release date !

right , but their financial states & share values is in crisis now so they can't risk it
so let's say they announce the release window in December 2012 and in november they will delay it as usual

Take Two will be there, booth 05.1
did some investigations into who would be at Gamescom and all Take Two details came up. Just do a search on the gamescom web site.

Now I even stopped believing in the assumptions based on stock market, finances, etc.

T2 and R* are totally unpredictable, and I bet they could find a way out of trouble even without giving any GTA V update.
