Without pointing out the obvious, try doing what it asks.

Update your Graphics Card Driver and update your DirectX, DirectX can updated via Windows Update.

To update your Graphics Card Driver, then press Windows key + R then type devmgmt.msc <enter> -> select Display adapters -> Select your Graphics Card -> Right-Click - Properties - Driver Tab - Update Driver

Also Post your specs as well, in case it is something else.
