I think the Infernus will only like other Infernuses - it strikes me as a very vain car. It might also harbour a secret admiration for the Cheetah, but it wouldn't ever let it know - not ever.

If you are asking "what cars will the Infernus be based of", well. We know that already.
GTA V infernus will be 99% similar to the GTA IV infernus, mashup between Lamborghini and Zonda.

OK we have seen only the front end of the car, but I doubt that they do anything major to it.
After all, there's only few years between the games, no need to change the looks just for the change.
