Was there any characters in the game that you wish you could do missions/more missions for or just simply get to know them better? For me, i thought Phil Bell was a great character that should of became one of your friends. Also even though Eddie Low wasn't really essential to the storyline it would be funny doing missions for him.

Geez, compared to what? In GTA peds have more depth than the final boss of some other games.

I'd just refer to some of the "who else should have been a friend" threads: Bernie, Mallorie, Phil Bell.

A middle ground between enabling more "activity" friends and adding nothing would be adding more phone conversations you can trigger by selecting "Call" or more email conversations.

Dwayne Forge.
I really liked him as a character, Niko seems to like him also, it's obvious he was meant to live too, Playboy X deserved to die, he is a c*nt.

Jermaine Andrews. If you don't know, he was the first guy you drove for Roman and that was it, he was never mentioned again.

Hossan. He came with Niko to Liberty City in the Platypus, and he is only seen in the first mission (when they arrive) and later as a random character, selling bags in the street.

Jermaine has always stuck out like a sore thumb to me. He had his own character model, voice actor etc but we never heard from him again. I suspect he might show up again in a future GTA game.

Yup. Plus his surname is my first name, so I want to see more of him.

Phil Bell as well, I suppose, although he did get quite a lot of backstory as it was (bitch of an ex-wife, etc.).

Manny would have been good to develop more since he was a positive influence. Niko could have had more missions from his point of view.
