i want to ask about framelimiter: if its off (my fps is near 100 in game) i swim too slow, when its on (fps near 25) - i swim much more faster. why does it happened ?

in that case, is it true, that fps influences on riding a bike too ( i mean, is it harder to make stunts with higher fps) ? if yes, then what fps is the best for making stunts ?

FRAME LIMITER ADJUSTER:
Reference: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=456348
Question: How can I limit the game to 30 fps cuz original is 25 and with frame limiter off the frames are jumping to much so I would like to play it with no jumps on 30 fps.

Try the FPS Limit Adjuster that you’ll find in here:

I can't answer your question as I'm not aware of the technicalities involved, but limiting the fps does affect a few things in a positive manner; like making CJ swim faster, helping on a couple of tests at the Bike school. I'm not sure if anyone has done any research on this, so at this point, you can try doing stunts with the frame limiter turned on and then off and check for yourself if it makes any difference.

well, thats why i am asking, because i cannot understand why fps influences on swim.
fps must only influence on what is shown on monitor, and if computer have no lags with 25 and 100 fps, there must not be difference (thats how i understand it).
