Hello,
My .asi files aren't loading, but the vehicle mods and that stuff do. Is there any reason for this?

If there is a misconfiguration in your script-relevant files no script will be executed or the game crash totally.
Your .asi loader is probably not installed correctly (even if it seems like that) or cannot be executed due to misconfiguration in your system files.
Check if you have the corresponding MS redistributables for your script files. Always read all readme files delivered with the scripts. Maybe some files are missing on your system.

what version of GTA do you have?

for Pacth 1.0.7.0 use the latest scriphook 5.1.0

for Patch 1.0.4.0 use the scriphook version 0.4.0

anyone can correct me if i posted the wrong versions

Try using different asi loader like yaasil or xlive.dll
