About the problem; getting original controler (to check) could help, but generic one also should work. After looking at the video, it appears to be a faulty controller...Get a new controller(an official PS2 one-NOT a off brand "Generic" one)...and see if the problem persists, as this problem can occur with non-official controllers(I had the same thing happen to me with a logitec controller)...Like I said, PS2 controllers are less than $10 now a days, so that is a cheap fix....
