GTA IV had a mixture of funny dialogue in visuals, while the past GTA's had more of verbal comedy, so I'll give the nod to IV.

I find it to be like Will Ferrel in a sense. So dry in the way it's delivered yet it turns out to be hilarious.

IV or Vice City, but I'll vote for IV because IV had a bigger storyline so it also had much more humor. With Vice City, Tommy Vercetti had a funny accent so I was laughing all the time in the way how he pronounce these words and sentences, but I loved the part most when he's in front of with Sonny Forelli...

I chose San Andreas. The pedestrians are amusing, as well as the way the Johnson's talk and react with each other. It isn't just what they say, it's how they say it too.

The peds, the characters, the cops, CJ, hell, even some radio ads and billboards are funny, this is possibly the funniest and funnest GTA game I have ever played!

GTA4: Pretty funny, if you know where to look.
