Correct if i'm wrong.. If you got banned from the forum you ip adress get banned aswell right.

The reason i'm asking is: my brother is a big fan of GTA (like me) and he saw me today reading some topicds and posting some comments on this forum and he said i'm going to sign up tommorow, let me tell you this my younger brother is a HUGE spammer. He spams and trolls every forum he joins , and he is using my computer cuz he is too young to have one, so if he got banned (most likely will happen) would i be banned aswell (same ip adress) i mean he is just 13 years old and he will troll the hell out of this forum (he have nothing else to do) and i dont want to get banned because of him, so is this forum like this meaning i wont be able to post comment and start topics (banned) because of him using my computer to troll..
Can a MOD answer me? I dont want to get my ip adress banned because of my stupid little brother

Nah, your IP doesn't get banned, just your account. IP's don't get banned for reasons like this.

Thank God! I was really worried about this, i think he will sign up and get banned in the same day he is just a stupid 13 years old troll (that uses my computer, lol)
