I wish people would stop complaining about a stupid second analog stick. First of all, since its still a PSP, it has to use similar hardware. Second of all, a second analog stick would just be more hurtful and in the way.

looks rank, no one cares that it has 16gb, music and movies belong on mp3/mp4 players, i think sony should concentrate on the gaming side of things

HOW? It would be like a stupid controller! And considering there last system was dusted compared to Nintendo they should add what most fans want. A SECOND ANALOG STICK. And I'm complaing that they are wasting such great potenial on this crap. The PSP is crap and apparently they don't care. Do you know how many games they could have gotten with just adding a Second Stick? They could put full Shooters and games on it! But I'm not going to agure because Sony will fall again anyway.

lack of controls aside, the thing looks like a cheapo chinese rip-off. It's madness! even the mylo looks better and gives the impression of a higher build quality..

another thing.. where exactly are the games? I long for the days when LCS had just come out, and good quality games like VCS, ridge racer, MGS:PO, and I don't know how many other good games I used to play at that time.. I dont see anything to get me to buy another PSP ever since god of war came out, exept for patapon and another locoroco..

the 360 and ps3 are terrible because there trying to copy the wii all the time

PC gaming is the only gaming today that still fun to play, i hope they never bring GH or motion sensing gameplay to the pc

This would be really great, if they added a few things.

Firstly, a second analog and L2/R2. They wouldn't be used for previous PSP games, but for any future games (and web browsing) they would be really, really useful.

Secondly, full integration with PSN. Not just the store, I want to check my trophies and talk to people on my Friends list, not just get stuff from a downsized store.

And a camera, like the Go!Cam. Instead of two crappy cameras like the DSi, just one on top of the unit that can swivel from the front or the back.


But anyway, I'll probably still get one, to play a few PSP games I never got on UMD.

BUT, a SMALLER screen? What's gonna do it there for me? I like bigger and better. Thing is, I hope the video itself is much improved, over what the original PSP offers up, there's a lot of leg, pretty annoying for me, personally. Portable TVs can give better video, I can't play a PSP in sunlight without some shade.

Also, notice the marketing behind the hype.... Online, DOWNLOAD games primarily means that they have control of copy protection status. Back to the days of Macrovision!

If they can pipe the content to you and maintain control of it, it works in their favor. The idea behind DivX video (Circuit City's delivery device) was that they avoided the loss of content revenue through piracy
