Jesus, it looks so great... Even doesn't look like IV water, more better. Try this with ENBSeries (but turn the ENB water off)! I don't know how it will look, but think, it'll be more great! (its not very good 1.1 says some stuff, but I've played 1.1 with ENBSeries)

..i assume this does affect just and only water? Any possibility similar thing would be done on Vice engine? Although i downloaded it and there is .fx i think effect file AND i think it's only SA related, ..but why not to ask

It still would be nice. I like it better than ENB Series water. Plus it still keeps the default general color.

I don't play MP either with SA, either SAMP or MTA.. But I've heard you can play SP with MTA and 'free-roam' .. But there isn't any traffic etc ..

Why the hell won't my MTA server load any plugins? It wouldn't load any of the other graphical plugins ether. Needless to say, I believe you forgot some steps in your read me, or it doesn't work on my version of MTA. But on the site it says I need Shader Model 2.0. I have 3.0 because no one uses 2.0 in 2013 .
