In-game timecyc editor allows to adjust the draw distance ingame
to be exactly, it allows to adjust the far clipping, which means, to adjust if you can see the mount chilliad from very far away or not
the real draw distance is set by each object ID, for example c*ntwroad08 and it's LOD-object
