Hi guys...I would need some help, I have a genuine GTA IV game, with the 1.0.7 patch installed and the cars I have changed my self.
The game works really fine but sometimes while in South Bohan the game just stops and closes. Sometimes it does after 1 or 2 minutes, sometimes it does at the beginning. Do you have any solutions for that ? Thank you

If you had cars saved at the Savehouse in that area before you modded the other cars, that could cause the crash. If so, either start a new game, or... 1. remove the modded cars (default vehicles.img), 2. remove all cars from save points, 3. and save game, 4. then put the modded cars back in.

I changed the cars before starting the new game, I did not have any cars at the save point, but your idea is not bad, I will try that. Thank you...I will post if solved !
