This year I finally got Into modding after playing the game since 2005, after completing the game for the millionth time this evening, I decided. Why don't I add some mods?

So far I've only managed to add a few simple put In CLEO folder and Sami Installer mods (Only Cars). These two mods here caught my eye... But I have no Idea how to Install them. I've watched videos, mainly ones with Gta. Img, and I haven't understood any of It.

Could you guys help me Install these mods? Preferably without using that horrid GTA. Img system...

You can use GTA ultimate editor to install some mods which can only be used by using GTA img tool.
