Actually, there are. However, the game doesn't load when you enter one like in the other (III era) games, except the toilet in the park in Staunton. There's also Salvatore's mansion, the subway stations on each island (4 in total), the first safe house (although you can't really explore the interior) and all Ammunation stores. That's all as far as I can remember.
Edit: Actually the Ammunation stores also load, and the subway stations aren't exactly interiors I guess, they are similar to the tunnels in terms of the game's programming.

As soon as you get in, quickly jump thrice-twice all the ways to the end of the wall, near the bed. Game wont save, but if you go like 2 tiny steps back it will save. The Shoreside Vale house interior can be explored too, but there is really nothing special to see, just the Vending Machine. And Staunton Ones - That trick doesn't work, you can clearly see it either ways, and it's too small, and there is literally nothing to see either ways. More Boring than the Shoreside one.

| QUOTE (ccrogers15 @ Tuesday, Jul 31 2012, 19:47) | Actually:
1. Salvators Mansion 2. Ammunation Portland 3. Ammunation Staunton 4. Ammunation Shoreside 5. Closed Gunstore Staunton 6. TW@ internet cafe Staunton | There is a closed Gunstore in Staunton? I am interested to see where it is! I am pretty sure there is no AmmuNation in Shoreside Vale.
Anyway: 7. Kenji's Casino Rooftop (Accessed via Dodo) 8. Donald Love's media building (Accessed with a Rhino (Tank) + Flying Cars Cheat Code OR 1 Hour Flight with Dodo) 9. Joey's Garage 10. Mr. Wong's Laundromat 11. The place at Panlantic Construction site on a floor seen in Asuka's 2nd Row of Mission Cutscenes. (Can be accessed with dodo but luck is needed) This post has been edited by lol232 on Wednesday, Aug 1 2012, 06:09

The definition of "interior" is subjective. That's why this whole topic has been filled with some people saying that certain in-door locations are interiors and other people directly disagreeing. | Well, Kenji's and Donald's Rooftop is in exterior but I listed it because it is difficult to get inside it. Pretty much like most I listed.
