I can help you with this if it is being developed in C#
Although First you must tell me what the mod is and what it does because I do not want to work on something that has already been done or is not that big of a deal...

You can send it over PM if you would like, although, I do not believe there is many GTA IV Source Code theives out there so I don't think privacy should be much of a concern.

His script is in c-coding & mostly all the leechers are on xbox360 because they're able to mod the sco files now finally to make there own trainers which caused a popularity contest for new rare mods and now causing people leech of each others sources and being sold for money, not even giving the creator credit..
