Most low-end GPUs aren't meant to be overclocked beyond factory specs. This can only be safely done with a higher end GPU like an NVIDIA GTX 560 at the least. NVIDIA's "superclocked" GPUs come right of the box overclocked beyond factory specs.

original poster, you have a lot of computer problems per the threads in the forums, have you thought about enrolling in a workshop? i am being serious here. be sure to tell the instructor that you want to build a gaming computer.
