1. How I can make moving tiles? Not only animation but moving ped cars etc ;] (conveyor belt)
2. How I can Lights on map (not traffic)? Change are color, range etc.
3. How i can named province in my map? (easy tutorial plesae)
4. How i can make Big inscription on start of my map "RACE ON" or "GO!" and add sound for?

I have problem with gangs

MAP_ZONE name_zone = ( car_total , good_cars, bad_cars , police_cars , ped_total , pickpockets , car_thiefs , elvis_chains, gang_members , cops , gang_cars )

I have


MAP_ZONE gangzone = ( 1000 , 0, 0 , 0 , 1000 , 0 , 0 , 0, 1000 , 0 , 1000 )

but still on this zone dont see gangsters cars ;] I dont see nothing cars now WhY?

To see gang cars you firstly need to create a gang zone and gang characteristics, more information here. And you can't see any car because you set good, bad and cop cars to 0, to the cars spawn in certain zone you need good cars+bad cars+cop cars+gang cars=total cars, and to pedestrians spawn in certain zone you need pickpockets+car thiefs+elvis chains+gang members+cops=ped total
