Crash on loading

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Apr 11, 2012	Well, I decided I start modding my copy of GTA IV tonight. I started off with installing Spark IV and installing the trainer. This worked fine so I decided I'd start adding more mods. I installed the Bugatti Veyron and Battlefield 3 sound mod v3.0. I must've done something wrong because now GTA IV crashes while loading. I can open the game, but it crashes on the loading screen (where it shows the illustrated characters). I've got xliveless and scripthook installed too. If anyone can help me out, it would be appreciated. Edit: I'd also like to add I'm running 1.0.7.0 from Steam and I have checked that all the mods are compatible.
