After Install GTA - Fatal Error WS10

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Mar 5, 2012	System Specs: GeForce 260 Core 216 Windows XP 64 Bit IE 8 I installed the game from a brand new disk. I get this message when I try to boot "Fatal Error: WS 10 I know this has been covered on other forums but nothing is working for me. Any Ideas?

Keep riding hard, son Group: Members Joined: Feb 14, 2008	This a GFWL related fault. You need to reinstall the latest GFWL update.
