Anyway, yeah juggalos can be pretty dumb, mostly the young ones that are just getting into it. I've known juggalos for like 10 or 12 years now, and most have grown into regular every day members of society--the only sign they are "down with the clown" is a hatchetman tattoo or usually just a decal on their car or something.
What also pops up every few years is a new group of people complaining about them. Yeah they're stupid, ridiculous, etc. Kind of just as tiring hearing people bitch about it as they are though. Just get over it, and half the people into it will stop because they're not getting the attention they want. It's kind of like feeding a troll, when people do this sh*t for reactions, and you react, you're playing right into it.
Erm...I think they're referring to the middle class white kids that listen to rap and dress like their idols be it 2Pac or NWA. The kind of kids The Offspring sang about in Pretty Fly..'
