1) No, probably not. I'd be concerned if you could change the memory size in the BIOS at all. 2) If its shutting down if you try and overclock past a certain point, you are either limited by power or heat. If its power then you can tweak the voltage in the BIOS but I recommend against it unless you know what you are doing, as increased voltage means more heat and more heat will shorten the CPU life (or just downright kill it). If its heat, then you need to consider changing your cooler to one with better performance. 3) If you have removed the thermal paste from the underside of anything then shut down your computer and don't start it again until you've got some to replace it. Get something non-capacitive and non-conductive like a ceramic based one. Your temps will be very high and you will be running the risks of irreparable damage. 4) You say you can't afford a better CPU? Well, if you aren't careful with overclocking, you will at the very least have to buy a replacement because you are likely to fry it. If you can afford a better CPU cooler then go for it but at your level I fear you will end up spending more keeping your CPU cool than its actually worth.
In your position, I'd revert back to standard clocks for everything, reapply any thermal interface materials I removed and start saving for replacement components.

Yes, sometimes, the sistem restarts... While playing, first 10-20 minutes are ok, but after that, it starts to lag, and if i play more, it restarts...

I have some friends who have a nvidia 9500 gs and a 8400 gt... Which is better, because im gonna make a deal with my card and some money...

In some cases yes. The 6800 series had a 6800, 6800GT, 6800Ultra, 6800GS, 6800XT and 6800LE. However ranked from best to worse/weakest it would be: 6800Ultra, 6800GT, 6800GS, 6800, 6800XT, 6800LE.
In the case of the 9500 there is only a GT and for the 8400 there is only a GS. So the letters don't really matter much.
