Bio: Frank was born and raised in the suburbs of Firefly Island. He lived a luxurious lifestyle as a child and was spoiled rotten for most of his life. His father, David Gillmore, worked in The Exchange as a head fund manager and made it rich bankrupting companies once the economy went into a recession. David was able to retire at age 46 and dedicate the rest of his life to spending time with his son and wife. This ritzy childhood Frank into taking his life for granted. In high school he began to experiment with hardcore drugs. By junior year his GPA was at a 1.3, he had quit the basketball team, and cocaine and acid had become norms for him. After one night of partying in Northwood Frank jumped in the car with a group of random kids that were headed to Broker because he had been ditched. Halfway across the Algonquin Bridge the car was totaled, the driver and front seat passenger were killed. Frank was the only one who survived that night, he vowed to change his lifestyle from then on. 6 years later he had graduated from college with a Forensics Degree, and had graduated from the Liberty City Police Academy.
